One of Milan based artists, Marie-Laure van Hissenhoven's solo exhibition will be held at JAY Gallery in Seoul (02-2666-4450) from July 22 until 28.

Marie-Laure was born in 1957 to Belgian father and Italian mother so that it has been natural for her to receive both cultures in her works.

Graduated from L'Accademia di Belle Arti in Carrara, and studied at the course of fashion design at the Saint Martin School in London, and  achieved a master degree in textile design at the Institute of Marangoni in Milan, Marie-Laure has been working mainly in Milan and Genova, etc.

She had her solo show at the gallery Sakros in Carrara and participated in Miarte, etc.
